Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to support sales efforts.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in software or technology products, is an advantage.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building ability.
  • Basic understanding of software products and willingness to learn technical details.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
