The Restaurant Supervisor Assist the Restaurant General Manager in managing the overall Front of the House Operations.

  • Monitor food presentation, quality and customer service
  • Maintain ambiance by controlling lighting, background music, linen service, glassware, dinnerware and quality and placement of utensils
  • Assist in achieving restaurant financial objectives through forecasting, annual budget preparation, expenditures scheduling, variances analyzation and initiating corrective actions.
  • Control costs by reviewing portion and quantities, minimizing waste and ensuring high quality of preparation.
  • Implement standard procedures and control systems to ensure restaurant safety and security program.
  • Development and effective management of staff through proper communication, training and coaching.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • With 3 Year(s) of working experience in a casual fine dine or restaurants in Hotel Groups
  • Required Skill(s): Restaurant and People Management

Willing to be assigned in Alabang Town Center and BGC, Taguig.
