We are seeking an independent, detail - oriented, and proactive Account Operation Executive to join our dynamic regional commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the daily operations of a portfolio of regional brands' e-stores across major marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok) across multiple regions, also supporting tasks in the Zalora Partner Service's (PSS) daily operations. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders that will contribute to business commercial performance and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and execute day-to-day operations for assigned brand accounts or PSS back-end administrations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders and brand partners.
  2. Coordinate with external (suppliers, vendors etc.) and Internal (warehouse, buyer, and tech etc.) stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure data availability, accuracy, and integrity.
  3. Manage the onboarding process for new external brands by coordinating live timelines, communicating requirements, and executing store setup and planning to ensure a smooth and timely launch.
  4. Manage digital store operations, including product listing creation, inventory updates, order issue resolution, and general store management tasks.
  5. Drive improvements in operational processes and inventory reporting by investigating discrepancies, performing reconciliations, and managing all related communications.
  6. Collaborate closely with internal teams (commercial, tech, logistics, etc.) and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
  7. Work closely with the Key Account Management team to align on marketing schedule, new assortments, and updates, while ensuring the achievement of performance, quality, and KPI goals for assigned accounts.
  8. Identify, implement, and standardize best practices to drive continuous process improvements within account operations.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in MS Excel; experience with data quality, cleaning, and validation tools is an advantage.
  3. Comfortable working with large datasets and digital platforms.
  4. Self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  5. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
