Location: Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines Job Description The Fixed Asset Accountant is responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of operations in the fixed asset accounts. The employee takes part in account analysis, supports senior colleagues, cooperates with auditors, follows desktop procedures, and seeks process improvements. Performance must meet the SLA/KPI requirements. Reporting line: FA Team Leader. Specific Responsibilities Maintaining Fixed Asset modules Processing Fixed Asset transactions and data entry for additions, capitalizations, retirements, and changes Performing regular analyses of the FA account variances and reconciliations Ensuring no outstanding transactions are left incomplete before closing Performing Fixed Asset month‑end closing in compliance with requirements and deadlines Performing additional tasks requested by senior colleagues Preparation of periodic and ad‑hoc reports as requested by local team and management Following applicable rules, policies, procedures, and instructions Providing support and documentation during internal and external audits Performing controls according to ICOFR framework Assisting with monthly KPI preparation Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance – required 1+ years of professional experience in Fixed Asset accounting – required General knowledge of accounting rules – required Experience with financial systems (knowledge of Oracle E Business Suite is a plus) Familiarity with Excel – intermediate level – required Required Skills Very good command of English (B2‑C1 level) Deadline orientation Accuracy and proactivity Adaptability and flexibility Effective collaboration Analytical and problem‑solving skills Positive learning attitude Additional Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Finance Additional Information Based in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
