• Litigation support (administrative only)

• Assisting with court filing preparation (process-driven, no legal judgment)

• Tracking deadlines and ensuring compliance with procedural timelines

• Managing correspondence to and from courts and other parties

• Billing and practice support

• Billing preparation and coordination with the lawyer

• Following up invoices and maintaining billing records

• General administrative support across matters as required

• Availability to overlap with Australian business hours
