Responsibilities:

  • Conduct final inspections to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications and building codes.
  • Oversee the creation of accurate as-built drawings and documentation.
  • Manage testing and commissioning of civil infrastructure systems.
  • Reconcile materials and verify final quantities for payment.
  • Organize and archive project documentation.
  • Ensure permit and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to lessons learned and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • 1-2 years of experience in finishing
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month

  • Lapu-Lapu City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
