The Associate Dentist will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental services, including general, preventive, cosmetic, and orthodontic treatments. The ideal candidate must be confident, patient-oriented, and committed to clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct thorough dental evaluations and treatment planning

● Perform general dental services such as:

○ Tooth restorations

○ Oral prophylaxis

○ Simple and surgical extractions

○ Root canal therapy

○ Dentures and removable appliances

● Deliver cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, including:

○ Teeth whitening

○Veneers

○Smile design consultations

● Provide orthodontic services such as:

○ Braces installation, adjustment, and follow-up

○ Orthodontic assessments and case reviews

● Clear aligner consultations (if applicable)

● Ensure top-notch patient experience and clear post-treatment instructions

● Maintain accurate and updated digital patient records

● Follow strict clinical safety, infection control, and sterilization protocols

● Collaborate closely with the dental team and clinic staff

○ Participate in trainings, team meetings, marketing activities, and patient engagement programs

Qualifications

● Licensed Dentist in the Philippines (PRC-registered)

● Open to fresh graduates and newly licensed dentists

● At least 1 year clinical experience

● Proficient in general dentistry and braces/orthodontic treatment

● Training or certification in orthodontics is a strong advantage

● Aesthetic dentistry experience is a plus (veneers, whitening, smile makeovers)

● Excellent diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills

● Flexible and available to work weekends or shifting schedules

● Willing to be assigned to Makati Branch
