Legal/Corporate Secretary

Job Responsibilities:
· Bachelor's degree in law, business administration or a related field.
· Professional certification as a Corporate Secretary or a legal professional.
· Ensure the startup complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
· Maintain and update corporate records, including minutes of meetings and statutory registers.
· Organize and facilitate board meetings and shareholder meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and recording minutes.
· Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities, including annual reports and other statutory filings.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of corporate decisions and filings.
· Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
· Proficiency in administrative task, including organizing meetings, maintaining corporate records, and preparing minutes.
· Assists with preparation of legal documents which includes simple drafting, editing and formatting.
· Perform Ad hoc tasks as required.
