Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Associate to support a healthcare account by assisting patients and therapists through chat and phone interactions. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, scheduling physical therapy appointments, and supporting both new and existing patients throughout the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling high-volume interactions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound chats from patients and therapists.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to chat inquiries.
- Receive and place inbound and outbound calls to patients and care representatives.
- Register, schedule, and reschedule appointments for new and existing patients.
- Collect, verify, and document patient information including identification, medical history, insurance details, intake forms, and appointment policies.
- Coordinate and screen calls from healthcare providers as needed.
- Conduct outbound calls, chats, and emails to patient leads and care representatives.
- Ensure accurate record management and compliance with healthcare documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, healthcare support, or call center operations is an advantage.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with chat support tools and basic computer applications.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Effective time management and ability to meet response time targets.
- Strong communication skills with a patient-focused mindset.
