KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with manpower agencies and job portals. Conduct initial interviews, endorse qualified candidates, and coordinate psychological exams and background checks. Strengthen talent sourcing through job fairs, PESO/LGU coordination, employer branding, and recruitment partnerships. Work closely with hiring managers to define manpower needs and ensure quality hires.
Handle placement and onboarding processes, including pre-employment requirements, medical scheduling, job offers, contracts, and HRIS/payroll endorsement. Facilitate new hire onboarding, employee orientation support, ID issuance, biometrics enrollment, and completion of required employment documents. Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records for compliance and audits. Support HR programs, company activities, and other HR-related tasks as assigned.
For Talent & Acquisition Specialist:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.2–3 years of relevant work experience. Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace. Strong interpersonal, communication, and interviewing skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices. Strong sourcing and networking skills across job boards and social media. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. For Talent & Acquisition Associate:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
