Best Tools is hiring an Officer-in-Charge (OIC) for our Lucky China Mall, Binondo branch

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate staff to maintain teamwork and performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee proper stock management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Work toward achieving and exceeding branch sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of Business Administration or any related course (preferred).
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledgeable in inventory handling and customer service practices.

Additional Requirement:

  • Willing to undergo training in Manila.
