About the role

As a Logistics Operations Executive at PRO LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS PHIL. INC.', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations at our facility in Limay Bataan. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our products and services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and optimizing transportation and distribution activities to meet customer requirements and deadlines
  • Monitoring inventory levels and managing warehouse operations to ensure stock availability and minimise losses
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency
  • Analysing data and generating reports to track key performance metrics and inform strategic decision-making
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the logistics team to foster a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a logistics or operations management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Proficient in the use of logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
