HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting general HR operations. This role combines strategic sourcing and recruitment with broader HR responsibilities such as onboarding and employee engagement.
What you're gonna do:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment insights.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Interviewing & Selection
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and culture fit.
- Schedule and facilitate interview rounds with hiring teams.
- Support in preparing and extending job offers.
Onboarding & HR Operations
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure smooth transitions for new hires into the organization.
- Support HR initiatives such as engagement activities, performance evaluations, and policy updates.
General HR Support
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Contribute to process improvements within the HR and recruitment functions.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Remote-ready set up (Laptop, Phone, & a controlled environment)
