· Implementation of all in-store activities, including point of sales materials and promotions, as well as brand events and activations.

· Prepares merchandising guidelines such as but not limited to merchant presentations, visual set-ups, promotional pricing and seasonal marketing.

· Coordinates with Store Operation Officers (for JANC) and Area Sales Team (for distribution) for the implementation of merchandising guidelines.

· Conduct retail store visits to monitor the implementation of merchandising programs to dealers, mega dealers and distributors.

· Facilitate and coordinate delivery and execution of trade marketing assets and required collaterals of sales and marketing to stores which includes coordination with external agencies and suppliers.

· Manage and monitors operational requests in terms of in-store and above-the-line visibility (signages, tarps, banners, billboards, etc) and making sure guidelines are respected and activities are aligned with brand and visual marketing standards.

· Performs any other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
