ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and creative E-Commerce Product and Digital Marketing Specialist to lead website product enhancements and digital marketing initiatives. This role blends the skills of a digital marketer and a product specialist, focusing on optimizing product listings, enhancing website content, and driving online sales through engaging campaigns.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform the following tasks related to website and product page management:
  • Enhance product pages with updated descriptions, high-quality images, and accurate pricing
  • Write and edit product descriptions in Shopify, ensuring SEO optimization
  • Upload new product listings and update existing ones to maintain accuracy and consistency
  • Implement basic HTML/CSS edits to improve product page layout and functionality
  • Upgrade and improve Shopify pages for better user experience and conversion rates
  • Perform the following product management tasks:
  • Add and remove products from the catalog as needed
  • Maintain product category organization and ensure navigation is intuitive
  • Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on analytics
  • Update product pricing and costs
  • Perform the following tasks related to content marketing:
  • Create landing pages to promote new products that are uploaded, categories, or promotions
  • Schedule and execute emails, with content already provided

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree in the related field
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or product-related roles
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify, including product uploads, page design, and HTML/CSS basics
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Experience with SEO best practices for e-commerce is preferred
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for image editing is also preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
