Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Multimedia Content Creative at Al Dente Food Group, located in Metro Manila. The Multimedia Content Creative will be responsible for producing engaging multimedia content, including video production, graphic design, and photography. Day-to-day tasks will involve creating high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns, social media channels, and brand initiatives. The role also includes collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for social media (Reels, TikToks, promos, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
  • Food Photography: Style and photograph our dishes for use in marketing, online ordering platforms, and promotions

Graphic Design:

  • Design menus (print and digital)
  • Create packaging and label designs that reflect brand identity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or animation is a plus
  • Experience using tools like Canva, Figma, or CapCut is a bonus
  • Develop branded materials for uniforms, signage, and merchandise
  • Social Media Content: Create scroll-stopping visuals and stories tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Branding: Maintain consistent visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, operations, and kitchen teams to align content with brand messaging and campaign goals

Qualifications

  • Experience in Multimedia, Video Production, and Photography
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Relevant experience in food industry content creation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
