Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Content Creation & Design

  • Develop original and on-brand designs for social media, in-clinic posters, brochures, digital ads, and email templates
  • Translate the clinic's aesthetic philosophy into clean, high-impact visuals
  • Prepare visual assets for monthly and campaign-specific content calendars

2. Photography & Videography

  • Capture high-quality photography and videography, including:
  • Treatment highlights (with consent)
  • Before-and-after client images (based on clinical photography standards)
  • Team and staff BTS (behind-the-scenes) content
  • Event coverage and client features
  • Set up lighting, backdrops, and framing appropriate for clinical and creative purposes

3. Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit long-form and short-form video content optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Add brand-aligned overlays, captions, music, effects, and transitions
  • Convert raw footage into engaging marketing pieces, testimonials, or education videos

4. Digital Collaboration with Marketing

  • Work closely with the 
    Marketing Manager
     to plan, execute, and optimize content strategies
  • Align visuals with monthly campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and seasonal launches
  • Attend creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative content ideas

5. Content Repurposing & Platform-Specific Output

  • Customize content per platform: square, vertical, horizontal formats
  • Repurpose long-form materials into multiple short-form outputs
  • Create teasers, snippets, and compilations to maximize content mileage

6. Asset Management & Organization

  • Build and maintain a structured and accessible file library (image, video, editable templates)
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and backup of all multimedia content
  • Regularly update internal folders with new and refreshed assets

7. Brand Consistency & Aesthetic Oversight

  • Ensure all outputs adhere to the clinic's visual identity: color palette, typography, tone, and mood
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in refining the brand's visual evolution
  • Review content for accuracy, alignment, and visual harmony before publishing

8. Clinic Shoots & Creative Coordination

  • Assist in setting up and executing scheduled photo/video shoots in collaboration with staff
  • Coordinate with makeup artists, lighting techs, or additional creatives as needed
  • Ensure patients sign consent forms when included in published content
