· Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures.

· Review project specifications, technical documents, drawings, and deliverables for compliance.

· Monitor and report on quality performance metrics.

· Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality documentation.

· Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met.

· Prepare QA/QC reports, inspection checklists, and test plans.

· Support internal and external audits.

· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

· Provide training and guidance on quality standards and procedures.

· Participate in project meetings and contribute to risk assessments.

· Ensure final quality documentation is complete for project handover.

· Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

· Use inspection tools, testing methods, and quality software effectively.

· Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of project drawings, documents, and deliverables before submission.

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.

· Preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Registered Electrical Engineer or ECE.

· 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within construction projects involving electrical systems and low-voltage subsystems.

· Strong understanding of electrical system design, installation, testing, and commissioning.

· Experience in subsystem installations such as fare collection systems, turnstile gates, CCTV, Wi-Fi, network telephone, cabling, conduit, cable tray, and grounding.

· Familiarity with international and local standards including NEC (National Electrical Code), Philippine Electrical Code, Philippine Building Code, BP 344 (Accessibility Law), IEC, and IEEE standards.

· Skilled in reviewing construction drawings, shop drawings, technical documents, and deliverables for compliance.

· Proficient in conducting site inspections, verifying electrical and subsystem installations, and ensuring proper cable management and grounding practices.

· Knowledge of ISO 9001 and construction-related quality management systems.

· Ability to prepare QA/QC reports, inspection checklists, punch lists, and audit documentation.

· Certification in QA/QC, NDT, or construction safety (e.g., COSH) is an advantage.

· Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD use is preferred but not required.

· Strong communication and coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

· Willingness to work on-site, conduct field inspections, and adapt to construction schedules.

· Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with evolving construction standards and technologies.
