Buod ng Trabaho:

Ang Customer Service Associate (CSA) ay responsable sa pagbibigay ng maayos, magalang, at epektibong serbisyo sa mga customer sa pamamagitan ng pagsagot sa kanilang mga katanungan, pagresolba ng mga concern, at pagtiyak ng positibong karanasan ng customer sa kumpanya.

Mga Gawain at Responsibilidad:

  • Sumagot sa mga tawag, email, chat, o personal na inquiry ng mga customer.
  • Magbigay ng tamang impormasyon tungkol sa produkto, serbisyo, at mga proseso ng kumpanya.
  • Asikasuhin at resolbahin ang mga reklamo, concern, at request ng customer sa maayos at napapanahong paraan.
  • I-record at i-update ang mga detalye ng customer sa system o database.
  • Makipag-coordinate sa ibang departamento kung kinakailangan upang maresolba ang concern ng customer.
  • Sundin ang mga company policy, procedures, at quality standards.
  • Panatilihin ang propesyonal at magalang na pakikitungo sa lahat ng customer.
  • Gawin ang iba pang tungkuling itatalaga ng supervisor.

Mga Kwalipikasyon:

  • Senior High School Graduate, College Level, o College Graduate.
  • May mahusay na komunikasyon (pasalita at pasulat).
  • May kakayahang makipag-usap at makitungo sa iba't ibang uri ng tao.
  • Basic knowledge sa computer at MS Office; marunong gumamit ng email at system.
  • May karanasan bilang Customer Service Representative ay isang bentahe ngunit hindi required.
  • Handa sa shifting schedule at trabaho sa fast-paced na environment.
  • Masipag, responsable, at may malasakit sa customer.
  • Willing magtrabaho sa Mandaluyong.
