Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Paid Media Specialist (Paid Media Lead) to oversee our advertising channels and lead ROI-focused marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for maximizing customer acquisition, managing budgets, and optimizing performance across paid media and affiliate channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own full-funnel paid media planning and budget distribution
  • Lead paid media marketing tracking infrastructure and ensure accurate reporting
  • Coordinate with the Analyst on attribution modeling and insights
  • Stay updated on ad platform changes, trends, and best practices
  • Oversee affiliate performance and manage budget allocation for partner channels

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising tools
  • Background in affiliate marketing or performance tracking is a strong advantage
  • Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, or online casino industries is preferred
  • Candidates from e-commerce or tech with high-volume campaign experience are welcome
