Key Responsibilities
Product Placement: Arranging products on shelves and creating appealing in-store/online displays.
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, preventing stockouts, and managing deliveries.
Sales & Promotion: Implementing price changes, markdowns, and promotional activities to boost sales.
Market Analysis: Studying sales figures, market trends, and customer behavior to plan strategies.
Reporting: Communicating stock issues, sales data, and market insights to management.
Staff Training: Ensuring retail staff understand product details and promotions.

Core Skills & Qualifications
Skills: Strong commercial awareness, data analysis, decision-making, problem-solving, organization, communication, and teamwork.
Education: Often requires a high school diploma/GED; experience in retail is valuable.
