About the role

Ascendion is seeking a talented and driven Mid-Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in analysing business requirements, designing innovative solutions, and driving the successful delivery of strategic projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Elicit, analyse and document business requirements through close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solution designs
  • Assist in the development, testing and implementation of new systems and processes
  • Identify and resolve issues, and monitor project progress to ensure successful delivery
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our business processes and systems

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficient in eliciting, documenting and managing business requirements
  • Experience in designing and implementing technical solutions to address business needs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field
