Job Summary:
The Nurse - Manager will be responsible for providing safe and efficient IV therapy services and will be in charge of monitoring the overall operations of the clinic. The role primarily involves managing the clinic's day-to-day operations to maintain consistency in the clinic's services. The nurse manager will also be the person in charge of inserting IV drips to clients via appointment and will be the one to plot schedules for clients wishing to get IV drips.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the clinic and will be in charge of the overall operations of the diagnostic clinic.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the diagnostic clinic including patient flow, scheduling, and service delivery.
- Ensure efficient coordination between laboratory, imaging, nursing, and administrative departments.
- Monitor and manage clinic resources, including equipment, supplies, and facilities maintenance
- Answer patient inquiries in the clinic's Viber, Email, and Facebook.
- Ensure IV drip operations by handling client's appointments and schedules.
- Assess patient needs and evaluate eligibility for IV therapies.
- Prepare and administer IV vitamin infusions, hydration therapies, and other IV treatments during appointments.
- Monitor patients during and after infusion for adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure all IV supplies and medications are properly stored, prepared, and handled according to safety and sterility standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Preferably with supervisory/leadership experience.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license.
- Proven experience in IV insertion, phlebotomy, or infusion therapy (certification in IV therapy preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle patient concerns professionally.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
