The Company Nurse Administrator is responsible for providing basic healthcare services to employees, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards, and managing the administrative requirements of the company's health programs. This role combines clinical nursing care with administrative duties to promote a safe, healthy, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid to employees as needed.

· Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with company policies and physician's instructions.

· Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of employees.

· Monitor employees' health status and provide health counseling when necessary.

· Coordinate with accredited healthcare providers, hospitals, and HMO partners for referrals and emergency cases.

· Develop, implement, and monitor company health and wellness programs.

· Conduct routine health checks, workplace inspections, and assist in ensuring compliance with DOLE-OSHC requirements.

· Prepare and submit health-related reports and documentation required by management and government agencies.

· Assist in the planning and execution of occupational health and safety programs, trainings, and seminars.

· Provide administrative support in managing medical supplies, clinic equipment, and related documentation.

Qualifications:

· Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines.

· Preferably with training in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH for Nurses) or related certifications.

· With experience in occupational health and company clinic administration is an advantage.

· Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
