Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring compliance to process audit and legal coordination of the assigned client and internal/external requirements of the Cooperative.

Process Compliance

  • Conducts due diligence on current production practices and process audit-related monitoring activities in line with the conditions agreed upon with the client
  • Identifies gaps related to compliance to the quality plan, SOPs, and other operational-related plans and recommends appropriate interventions that will address identified gaps
  • Prepares approved process audit in coordination with the assigned Project Managers and documents promptly agreed process audit tasks and detected process deviations to minimize production outputs that do not conform to relevant standards and specifications.
  • Assist in reviewing the Code of Conduct (COC) assigned to each client and ensures all team members are promptly informed of relevant changes in the details. Assist in the execution of steps related to legal concerns on the implementation of the COC.
  • Ensures compliance to assigned client requirements and to relevant regulatory requirements, particularly those directly related to process and regulatory audit and related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Law, Legal Management, or any other related course.
  • At least 1-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
