We are looking for passionate and driven Salesforce Developers to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only build and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform, but also to gain hands-on training across different technologies and explore the growing impact of AI in enterprise solutions.

Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce features including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation.
  • Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
  • Perform data migration, data quality management, and deduplication using Data Loader or ETL tools.
  • Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code coverage and system reliability.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code and system performance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Document technical designs, development processes, and best practices.
  • Implement security best practices, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, and field-level security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's graduate in any courses.
  • With minimum of 2 years experience in Salesforce platform.
  • Strong knowledge on Visualforce Page, Aura and Lightning Web components
  • Strong knowledge on declarative and programmatic Salesforce development (Process Builder, Flows, Apex Classes, Triggers and Test Classes)
  • Strong knowledge on Salesforce Integration with external API/REST/SOAP and 3rd party systems.
  • Amenable to work in Makati.
  • Hybrid set up (3x a week), Morning shift.
