About the role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO.'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat. The role is based in our Danao City Cebu office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  2. Resolving customer issues and complaints by identifying and implementing appropriate solutions
  3. Providing clear and accurate information to customers about our products and services
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the service industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies
  6. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
