About the role

YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION is seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position where you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not required
