Laundry Store Manager

. Responsible for overall management of the laundry

. Ensure that all the linen and garments are washed and cleaned properly.

. Ensure that laundry generates more profit margins and customer complaints are kept to a minimum level

. Schedule and plan the daily work for Laundry Staff

. Supervise the work of the laundry personnel

. Regularly inspect the progress and quality of LA work

. Maintain and update records related to attendance

. Conduct interviews for LA applicants. Also involved in hiring or terminating the LA

. Train and mentor the new workers

. Make requisition for any laundry supplies

. Ensure laundry equipment, machinery and etc. maintained well.

. Make sure high quality cleanliness is maintained and standard regulatory policies are being followed

. Attends inquiries and resolve customer complaints

. Ensures statutory health and safety regulations are being followed

. Reschedule work and need to work overtime as deem necessary

. Counter check sales and J.O 2 times per day

. Attend toolbox meeting every saturday

. Input everyday sales

. Deposit daily sales (M,W,F)

. Review CCTV

. Preparing and presenting weekly sales report to the board

. Help folding of clothes when the volume of drop-off is high

. Counter checking and inventory of stocks before and after shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
