What We're Looking For

  • Excellent Communication skills who can speak with US natives.
  • Minimum of 1 year International BPO voice account experience in customer facing environment.
  • Candidates should have good listening, questioning, and call control techniques.
  • Amenable to work onsite at Eastwood, QC. Shifting Schedule.
