Turnover Quality (TOQ) Officer

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/
  • Must have a PRC License (Licensed Civil Engineer)
  • With 3 to 5 year(s) of work experience in the related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Should be flexible to take on assignments across multiple active RLC Residences projects

Job Overview:

  • The TOQ Officer serves as the representative of RLC during the physical turnover of unit to the buyer.
  • S/he is responsible in ensuring that the unit is ready for turnover within the prescribed timeline from date of approval for move in.
  • S/he also assists in the preparation of new projects prior to start of turnover such as, but not limited to the inspection of units and common areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
