Full job description

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing day-to-day project activities to ensure successful and timely completion. It serves as the primary point of contact on-site and ensures that all operations align with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all phases of the project from planning to execution and turnover.
  • Monitor project timelines, resources, manpower, and budgets to ensure efficient use and adherence to project schedules.
  • Serve as the lead on-site representative to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports, including daily accomplishments, issues, and updates.
  • Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment needed on-site.
  • Identify potential risks or issues and proactively implement solutions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality and progress of work.
  • Attend project meetings and communicate updates and concerns to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project supervision or a related role
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools, MS Office, and/or construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
  • Knowledge on how to make a billing every week.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
