About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing and Innovation Professional to spearhead the development and execution of category strategies across retail, e-commerce, mobile, and in-store platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product innovation, coordinating marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute category strategies to drive sales growth and market share

Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, category management, or brand support
  • Familiarity with omnichannel marketing and campaign execution
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
