Job Description: Branch Server Operations & IMAC Coordinator

The
Branch Server Operations & IMAC Support Coordinator
plays a key role in supporting branch operations through effective coordination with vendors and internal teams. The role involves managing installations, hardware setups, software deployments, and small projects, ensuring seamless operations and excellent service delivery.

You'll serve as the
first point of contact
for implementers, trainers, and engineers—resolving technical or operational issues and coordinating with other teams when escalation is needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional
    IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds & Changes)
    and account support, working closely with internal teams such as Professional Services, Logistics, and Project Planning.
  • Manage
    end-to-end processes
    for site installations, software upgrades, and customer training.
  • Liaise with
    third-party suppliers and clients
    , ensuring smooth delivery of services.
  • Triage and assist
    field engineers and implementers with on-site challenges.
  • Handle
    small-scale project management
    for deployments or rollouts.
  • Maintain and share
    progress reports
    and operational updates.
  • Prepare
    quotes, purchase orders, and invoices
    accurately and on time.
  • Create
    customer communications
    and ensure all prerequisites are met before work begins.
  • Develop
    documentation and technical checklists
    to support internal teams.
