Job Description

We are looking for a Branch Server Operations Specialist responsible for coordinating IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds & Changes) activities, managing branch-level server deployments, and supporting field engineers during onsite work. The role includes scheduling installations, handling customer communication, coordinating with vendors, preparing reports, and ensuring timely delivery of branch IT operations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate branch server installations, upgrades, and IMAC activities.
  • Support field engineers with triage and escalate technical issues when needed.
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and vendor coordination for deployment tasks.
  • Communicate planned activities and updates with customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare reports, track progress, and maintain deployment documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT Operations, IMAC Support, or Deployment Coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of servers, hardware installations, and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) preferred.
