Job Summary

The Asset Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the AMOS team by ensuring that all ad hoc and planned service activities are scheduled, documented, and completed efficiently. This role ensures contractors, vendors, and internal teams are aligned for smooth service delivery within required safety and compliance standards. The coordinator also handles purchase orders, quotations, inductions, invoicing, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the AMOS team in scheduling ad hoc and planned service works safely and promptly.
  • Raise purchase orders for contractors and vendors in line with service cases.
  • Prepare quotations and process customer invoices for unplanned service works and repairs.
  • Arrange onsite inductions through platforms such as Rapid Global.
  • Create and manage Service NetSuite Cases.
  • Engage and coordinate with appropriate local contractors for service delivery.
  • Assist the AMOS team in arranging inductions and safety documentation for contractors with customer access permissions.
  • Process vendor invoices for warranty claims as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in an administrative or coordination role (renewable energy industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
  • Experience managing third-party contractors is an advantage.
