We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Coordinator to support daily IT asset operations, ticket handling, logistics coordination, and documentation. This role ensures timely delivery, tracking, and updating of all IT assets while maintaining accurate records across internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Tasks
  • Consolidate and track pending tasks and tickets (Incidents, Service Requests, Return of IT Assets).
  • Monitor and respond to emails, Viber, MS Teams, and other communication platforms.
  • Extract, update, and maintain ticket statuses in SNOW/ServiceNow.
  • Coordinate with clients for asset pickup and delivery.
  • Work closely with engineers for Imaging, Pre-Configuration, and Post-Configuration updates.
  • Update ticket statuses (In Progress/Resolved) and ensure accurate AIS asset records.
  • Upload UAF/Delivery Receipts in AIS.
  • Process delivery and pullout requests via AMTI and LiteX couriers; monitor shipment progress.

    Endorse received units for Post-Config and reassign assets to the AMTI Onsite Team.
  • Update and monitor aging tickets from the Workstation Team.
Qualifications
  • Experience in IT asset management, logistics, or administrative support preferred.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW), AIS, and Kissflow is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience.
