Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig

The IT Senior Procurement Manager (Software) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving value, resilience, and innovation across software procurement categories. This role leads the end-to-end sourcing and vendor management lifecycle for software solutions, ensuring sustainable licensing models, cost efficiency, compliance, and alignment with enterprise technology strategies. Working closely with IT and cross-functional stakeholders, the role plays a critical part in enabling business performance through best-in-class software partnerships.


Key Responsibilities
Software Supply & Risk Management
  • Analyze software market trends, licensing structures, and supplier risk profiles
  • Develop sourcing strategies to ensure sustainable access to critical software platforms
  • Conduct vendor capability, compliance, and risk assessments to mitigate operational and security exposure
Vendor Lifecycle Management
  • Manage the full software vendor lifecycle, from accreditation and onboarding to performance management and exit
  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, contractual commitments, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with suppliers to address gaps and support evolving technology and business requirements
Cost & Value Optimization
  • Lead cost analysis, benchmarking, and total cost of ownership assessments for software licensing and subscriptions
  • Drive cost optimization through negotiations, enterprise agreements, and volume-based strategies
  • Leverage market intelligence to maximize value across software procurement categories
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
  • Partner with IT, Finance, and Legal teams to align sourcing strategies with business and technology priorities
  • Provide advisory support on software sourcing options and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies and relevant regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, IT, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in strategic, end-to-end procurement, preferably within software or IT categories
  • Professional procurement or supply chain certification is an advantage (e.g., CIPS, CPSM)
  • Strong expertise in software supply management, vendor management, cost optimization, negotiation, and risk management
  • Solid understanding of software licensing models, SaaS agreements, and IT procurement best practices
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid work arrangement
