  1. Prepare Request for Disbursement for approval of Accounting Manager.
  2. Prepare check, check voucher and voucher monitoring.
  3. Responsible for all bank errands.
  4. Ensure all vouchers and attachments are completely signed by the signatories and ensures Acknowledgement Receipt / Sales Invoice are attached to vouchers.
  5. Prepare Payables Monitoring. Monitors and ensures timely payment of all Accounts Payable.
  6. Ensure cash advances are liquidated on time with complete supporting documents.
  7. Prepare and ensures timely payment of Monthly Expanded Withholding Tax (1601-E).
  8. Prepare Monthly Summary of VAT Input.
  9. Filing Accounting documents and daily archiving /back-up of files
  10. Perform other tasks / reports that may be assigned from time to time.
