Ensure proper claims collection from platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee). Controls & Compliance Implement strong internal controls to prevent shrinkage, theft, or financial leakage. Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate audits and ensure timely filing of taxes and government submissions. Financial Strategy & Fundraising Support the CEO in fundraising, valuation, and financial modeling. Prepare investor decks, board reports, and due diligence materials. Monitor and improve unit economics, margins, and profitability metrics. Requirements MBA or equivalent; CPA a plus. 5–8 years of finance experience, with at least 2–3 years in a startup, e-commerce, fintech, or high-growth SME. Strong background in P&L management, cash flow forecasting, balance sheet controls, and reconciliations. Skilled in financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, and accounting tools.
