I JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Customer Service:

  2. Greet customers and visitors warmly and ascertain the purpose of their visit.

  3. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  4. Respond to inquiries in person, via phone, and email in a courteous and professional manner.
  5. Provide information about our products, services, and promotions.
  6. Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor.

  7. Cashier Duties:

  8. Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

  9. Scan items, calculate totals, receive payments, and issue receipts.
  10. Maintain accurate cash drawer and ensure all transactions balance at the end of the shift.
  11. Process returns and exchanges following company policies.
  12. Ensure a clean and organized checkout area.

  13. Administrative Support:

  14. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

  15. Assist other departments with clerical duties as needed.
  16. Maintain office and merchandise supplies and ensure inventory levels are adequate.
  17. Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.

  18. Compliance and Security:

  19. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions.
