Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Pasig, Philippines

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive awareness, engagement & inquiries through multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Produce engaging content for organic social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling of content in advance and in real time (reels), community engagement (both on profile and on other communities)
  • Work alongside our paid media strategist and digital marketing manager to create & deliver assets & engaging content for social media platforms - including copy - using Canva for brand, NGO, and strategic partnerships
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
  • Update content calendars and provide reports on current activity
  • Monitor social data and analytics
  • Create compelling captions
  • Trend monitoring & sourcing
  • Increase Google reviews

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, at least with Canva. Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in managing social media platforms
