Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Outbound Sales Caller who will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients. This role requires strong sales acumen, with the ability to initiate professional conversations, generate interest, and effectively connect prospects with our BDMs. Working from our internal database, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential opportunities, qualifying leads, and arranging meetings to support the business development function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured outbound calls to brokers, borrowers, developers, and introducers.
  • Engage in consultative discussions to assess and understand client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date call logs, records, and reports.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings directly with BDMs.
  • Achieve established activity and meeting-booking targets.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports outlining activities and outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting, ideally within a B2B or financial services environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with commercial lending products and concepts is desirable.
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently while providing regular feedback and updates.
