About the role

Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Taguig City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and timely delivery of products to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Receiving, processing, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently
  2. Managing inventory levels, restocking products, and maintaining detailed records
  3. Coordinating with logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery of orders
  4. Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
  5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to support the overall business objectives
  6. Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance our order fulfillment operations
  7. Direct Sales Order Booking, Monitoring and Tracking
  8. Proficient in SAP, CRM

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar order fulfillment or logistics role
  2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  3. Proficient in using inventory management and order processing systems
  4. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  5. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Knowledge of the manufacturing, transport, and logistics industry is preferred
