We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Staff Engineer - Test Engineer to join our team of experts in developing and testing cutting-edge semiconductor technology. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Develop and maintain test programs , including test vectors , and test firmware to verify the functionality and performance of ICs (Integrated Circuits)
  • Ensure test programs are efficient, reliable, and meet the required specifications
  • Characterize ICs to ensure they meet the required specifications , including parametric testing , functional testing , and reliability testing
  • Identify and document device characteristics , such as electrical and thermal parameters
  • Identify and debug faults in ICs , including analyzing test data , identifying root causes , and implementing fixes
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and improve IC design and manufacturing
  • Analyze test data to identify trends , patterns , and anomalies , and provide insights to improve IC design and manufacturing
  • Develop and maintain databases to store and analyze test data
  • Collaborate with IC design and manufacturing teams to ensure that test requirements are met, and that ICs are designed and manufactured to meet test specifications
  • Provide feedback to design and manufacturing teams on test results and recommendations for improvement

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Min graduate degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
  • Min 5+ years of working experience in a test engineering related function
  • Strong electronics/semiconductor background
  • Good analytical skills
  • Programming/Scripting knowledge is an advantage (C++, Python, Java)
  • User and programming experience in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) such as Teradyne Magnum, Advantest V93K)
    Proficient in verbal and written English communication to communicate with counterparts globalwide
