The ADEF Team is hiring a Test Engineer that design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.

Key responsibilities of a Senior Test Engineer are as follows:

  • Develops test hardware and software for platform and breakthrough products.
  • Performs block or shared development in collaboration with product line counterparts.
  • Resolve highly complex technical issues on ADC products.
  • Drives solutions ensuring product manufacturability.
  • Proactively involved in Design for Test inputs for new products

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or related fields
  • Knowledgeable on using simulation tools for early development.
  • Total understanding of test system, hardware and software development.
  • Ability to develop and/or improve existing test methodologies.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 4 years related and progressive experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electronics or any related field of study
  • Ability to write and present technical papers.  
  • Developed project management skills.
  • Builds accountability through leadership and coaching.
  • Provides feedback and development for team members.
