AT A GLANCE

The UV Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining UV printing machines to produce high-quality prints in bulk. This role ensures efficient production, proper handling of materials, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Machine Operator & Production

  • Operate UV printing machines to print designs, logos, and patterns on flasks in bulk.

  • Set up machines with the correct settings, materials, and print files.

  • Monitor the printing process to ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy.

  • Meet daily production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.

Quality Control

  • Inspect printed products to ensure proper alignment, color accuracy, and print quality.

  • Identify and correct printing errors or defects.

  • Ensure finished products meet company standards before packaging or dispatch.

Maintenance & Safety

  • Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the UV printing machine.

  • Report any technical issues or malfunctions to the supervisor for immediate resolution.

  • Follow warehouse safety protocols and ensure proper handling of equipment and materials.

Warehouse Support

  • Assist in organizing printed flasks for inventory, storage, or shipment.

  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for raw material supply (e.g., flasks, inks, coatings).

  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

YOUR TALENT

  • High school diploma or vocational training; technical background is an advantage.

  • Experience in machine operation or printing is preferred (UV printing experience is a plus).

  • Basic knowledge of printing processes and attention to detail in handling designs.

  • Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.

  • Willing to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork.

  • Willing to work flexible hours or shifting schedules as needed.
