Key Accounts Assistant Manager

Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila

We're looking for a Key Accounts Assistant Manager who will help source, develop, and manage B2B corporate partnerships and Modern Trade activations, ensuring seamless execution of projects that bring the Sunnies experience to new audiences.


What you'll do
  • Assist in sourcing new leads and referrals for B2B and Modern Trade corporate partnerships to achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project activation briefings and ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage project calendars and schedules, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Team for on-ground project rollouts.

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in trade, field sales, channel development, or business development.
  • Experience in key account management or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, solution-oriented, and able to work effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Highly collaborative, with the flexibility to work on the field most of the time.
