The "What We Are Looking For" section outlines our specific requirements; please review it carefully.As a Property Manager at 110 Consultants Inc., you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of residential and commercial properties located in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the building, catering to tenants' needs, and maintaining high standards expected by our clients.What you'll be doing

Overseeing all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, maintenance, and financial reporting. Coordinating property inspections, repairs, and renovations to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards. Handling tenant inquiries, and move-in/move-out procedures professionally and promptly.

Preparing and managing property budgets, expense tracking, and financial reports. Liaising with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

What we're looking for

Graduate of BS Engineering (specifically Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Property Manager. Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be proactive.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for budget management and reporting. Knowledge of relevant property management laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently to meet deadlines.
