About Our Client
The client is a multinational fund accounting firm with a growing presence in BGC, Taguig.

Job Description

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of daily fund accounting activities, including accurate NAV (Net Asset Value) computations.
  • Analyze recurring NAV discrepancies and develop practical solutions to prevent future issues.
  • Manage the onboarding process for complex fund structures, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Maintain adherence to financial regulations and internal compliance standards.
  • Partner with internal teams to refine processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Guide, coach, and support fund accountants to foster professional growth and high-quality output.
  • Introduce and apply industry best practices to enhance precision and streamline accounting workflows.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in fund accounting or administration, with exposure to hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and other alternative investments.
  • Proven expertise in NAV calculations, fee and expense accruals, investor allocations, and associated methodologies.
  • Strong ability to manage multicultural stakeholders and build effective relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and staff development.
  • Skilled at thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Amenable to a mid-shift and hybrid setup based in BGC.
